Description

Fermented foods are a probiotic food source that's rich in beneficial bacteria. When consumed, these beneficial bacteria can drastically improve the overall health of your digestive and immune systems. The Complete Fermentation Kit has all the necessary tools to begin fermenting your own food today. You can easily make your own sauerkraut, pickles and carrots from cabbage, cucumbers and other goodies from your garden.

The Complete Fermentation Kit Includes:

*For wide mouth jars only

Pickle Packer Jar Tamper - Made with acacia wood, the Pickle Packer Jar Tamper allows you to tightly pack vegetables into jars for fermenting. Works great for packing cabbage into jars for making sauerkraut, or packing cucumbers into jars for making pickles.

Pickle Pipes Fermentation Lids - BPA-free, silicone lids for creating an airtight seal on fermentation jars. These lids let carbon dioxide escape, but prevent any other foreign source from entering the jars. No need to "burp" or monitor the jars daily. Just set it and forget it.

Pickle Pebbles Fermentation Weights - Glass weights used to keep vegetables submerged under the fermentation brine. When exposed to oxygen, vegetables may develop mold and become inedible. The fermentation weights ensure this doesn't happen by keeping veggies under the liquid.

Fermentation Instruction, Tip and Recipe Booklet - A wonderful guide to fermenting including popular recipes and tips for using products included in kit.

Excellent fermentation. Easy to use. I am very pleased with my first attempt at fermentation. I made pickles and hot sauce. Both are delicious.
