Greens

You can harvest them as baby greens or grow them to full size, either way, you will be benefiting. Our greens selection offers Asian-style greens, mustard varieties, and a premium greens mix. The mix contains Tatsoi, Mizuna, Arugula, and Red Mustard. Maturity dates on greens range from 20 days to 55 days depending on the variety. All Hoss seeds are non-GMO, we are leading the seed industry in germination rates with constant testing, and storing our seeds in a proper, climate-controlled environment.
