Return Policy

- We’ll pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fee and accept all returned items when the return is a result of our error.
- Unopened items within 30 days of delivery will receive 100% refund or exchange.
- Opened items within 30 days of delivery will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
- Requires proof of purchase.
- You must call for a return authorization prior to returning any product. Items received without authorization will not be accepted.
- Any items missing from the order must be reported to the company within 5 days of receipt.
- If the return is a result of our error (incorrect item received, defective item, etc.), we will pay for the return shipping costs and send you the correct item.
- If the return is not a result of our error and you ordered the wrong item(s) or simply no longer want the item(s), we will NOT pay for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive a returned item, we will inspect it to confirm any reported defects and refund the full amount if the reported issues are present.
- If you’re returning an item because you ordered the wrong size or no longer want it, we’ll confirm that the item has not been used upon return and refund the full amount if the item has not been used.
- We will NOT accept returns for used items.

Warranty Terms
- The one year warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.
- The warranty lasts one year from date of purchase.
- The warranty does not cover discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals.
- Hoss Tools will repair or replace any item that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, Hoss Tools will either replace your item with a new item of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price of the item —
whichever you prefer. - Contact Hoss Tools at 1-888-672-5536 and a representative will take any action necessary to correct problems covered by this warranty.

Lost or Disputed Deliveries
- Lost items during shipping will be handled through a claim in accordance with the shipper’s policy.
- Packages reported as delivered by the shipping company that are being disputed as such by the recipient will be treated as a dispute between the shipping company and the recipient.
- We will only reship in cases in which we are compensated by the shipping company.
